Our client is look for 3 chefs for their chalets in St Anton asap.
Meals consist of breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner. There is no set menu and the client is looking for creative chefs that will embrace the freedom to design their own exciting menus whilst catering for guests with any specific dietary requirements.
Breakfast will be a continental with one hot option that should change daily. Afternoon tea consists of one sweet option and one savoury option. Dinner will be five courses, canapés, starter, main, desert and a cheese board.
The desired candidates will preferably have experience on yachts or in private households, restaurants and chalets. The kitchen is well equipped and the food budget tends to be fairly generous to allow for cooking with the best fresh produce.
Working hours would change weekly depending on guest requirements but generally you would have one day off per week, as well as the opportunity to ski most days between the service times of breakfast and afternoon tea.
