A great opportunity for an accomplished Chef with fine-dining experience to join a small, exclusive company in Meribel who have two stunning chalets from 3rd March until the end of the season.
The Chef will be responsible for all cooking for up to 9 guests each week, creating breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. Breakfast is cooked to order, lunch is very simple (e.g. cheese/meat selection, quiche/tart) which can be prepared in the morning and left for the guests, as can afternoon tea. Dinner will be a 3-5 course meal to include canapés and petit fours.
The ideal candidate will be well presented and personable as they will be interacting with guests on daily and presenting their menus, discussing likes/dislikes etc.
The Chef will be working alongside a chalet host who will look after all of the cleaning and service; a great attitude and team player is important! A cook test will be required for this role.
6 days per week, £425 per week + travel expenses to and from the UK, three valleys ski pass, ski hire, insurance and accommodation
The chef must be female due to living arrangements.
