A fabulous opportunity has arisen for experienced chefs to join a luxury chalet company in St Anton. This is a bespoke company offering luxury chalet holidays across Europe.
The chef will work alongside chalet hosts who are responsible for service and housekeeping. As the chef you will have sole charge of the kitchen. You will be required to cook breakfast, a freshly baked afternoon tea, three canapés and a three course dinners plus freshly baked bread for a maximum of 12 guests, six days per week. The chef will have free reign over menu planning and tailor them to the guests needs before they arrive. There will be different dietary requirements so the chef must be happy and confident to cater to these. Often the kitchen are open plan so the chef will need to be personable and happy to cook in front of the guests.
The season runs from 27th November to mid/ end of April 2017.
Package: food, ski pass, ski hire, travel, medical insurance and uniform
Salary: starts from £190 - £250 per week but very dependent on experience.
Accommodation: Shared staff apartments
