Greycoat Lumleys’ regular high end client is looking to hire a Chef De Partie to start immediately.
The client has a restaurant based in Central London. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Chef de Partie or a Senior Chef de partie.
The Chef de Partie will be required to work alongside the other chefs in the team. The Chef de Partie will have a passion for food, and for creating dishes with the seasonal, British produce supplied.
The right candidate will:
Be creative with a good eye for detail
Be able to work with volume but be able to keep the quality
Have an experience in fine dining- Rosette or Michelin background
Salary: £28,000 - £30, 000 gross per annum minimum (depending on experience)
Hours/days: 7 shifts per week (two doubles, 3 singles) 5 days out of 7
