Greycoat Lumelys are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the world’s smallest luxury cruise ship. You will be part of an elite team working together to produce excellent quality food for discerning guests.
You will be responsible for preparing and serving meals for 50 guests and 38 staff whilst the ship sails around the British Isles and Western Europe. You will have access to the very best local ingredients to create dishes worthy of a two rosette kitchen.
This is a seasonal position from February to mid-November but you will be offered employment over the winter months while the ship if docked. The standard working pattern will be 5 weeks on followed by 2 weeks off.
Accommodation and all meals will be provided while on-board. You will be expected to complete compulsory training at the beginning of your employment to enable you to work on board.
Previous experience in a high quality establishment is essential as you will be expected to hit the ground running.
Salary: £25,000- £28,000
