A prestigious Private Members Club in the Highlands of Scotland are looking for a Chef de Partie to join their experienced team.
The food produced here is of the highest quality. Being in the Scottish Highlands, some of the finest food on your doorstep so gives you the opportunity to create dishes that are a true taste of Scotland. The club has its own kitchen garden and focusses on local, seasonal produce. The food ranges from fine dining to barbeques so there will always be variety to your day.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and progress in your career. You will be working within a team of highly experienced chefs and training will be provided. You will have the opportunity to conduct stages at some of the best restaurants in the UK as part of your development.
