An exclusive hotel in the Scottish Highlands is looking for an exceptional Chef de Partie to join their 3 rosette kitchen. The restaurant is recognised internationally by all major guides and is run under the watchful eye of a renowned chef.
You will be part of a dedicated and highly skilled team producing modern British food with a French twist. You will be working with the very finest local produce to create dishes that maintain the highest standards.
Ideally you will have prior experience in a reputable restaurant. You will need to have a flair and passion together with excellent cooking techniques in order to prepare food to the expected standards. You will be working as part of a close knit team and so excellent communication skills and a calm head are essential.
This is a live in position. Accommodation and meals will be provided.
Salary: £23,400 + share of gratuities.
