Prestige’s Private Members’ Club based in London is looking for a Chef de Partie to join their team ASAP.
Mains responsibilities for Chef de Partie is to assist the Executive Chef in all kitchen operations and to ensure food preparation, production, quality and presentation is maintained as laid down in standards manuals and to maintain a safe hygienic working area

Who are we looking for ?
Passionate chef with min. 1 years’ experience within fine dining kitchen environment
Have a good working knowledge of all section of the Kitchen
To carry out those duties as designated by the executive chef / senior sous chef and junior sous chef.
To assist the supervision of demi chef de partie's / commis in all food outlets
To check that all food produce is of the required standards of quality quantity and presentation
To check that all food is stored and used in rotation to eliminate wastage and adhere to the health and hygiene laws
Assist in the training of commis and trainees
To behave at all times in a manner which projects a good image to guests and staff within the club
Salary: £25,000 per annum + benefits
