Our client a Modern Fine Dining intimate high-end restaurant is looking for a Chef de Rang / assistant Sommelier full time.
The restaurant, with only sixteen covers, is looking for someone to join their front of house team. Reporting into the Assistant Manager, the Chef de Rang / assistant Sommelier would be working alongside another couple of Chefs de Rang. The restaurant only operates a tasting menu, which is of the highest quality.
The Chef de Rang / assistant Sommelier should be well presented, have a great knowledge and interested in food and food trends, have a good background in the food industry is a necessary.
Wine knowledge and wine matching to food, wine understanding is highly sort after, as this is one of the rarest wine lists in London memory retention is also key part for this position.

Hours: Based on a 5 day week, and the restaurant is open 6 days per week
Salary: £21,000 approx.
