(44210) ASAP - mid September. Chef for 30m motor yacht, with very high standards! They are a small boat, but the staff are all experienced and take real pride in their work. You will be working with 6 vibrant and energetic crew. There is a real mix of nationalities on the boat and everyone is fun and friendly.
The boat is not extremely busy, but they are both private and charter. They will be travelling around the med for the summer, heading for Monaco soon, with plans to spend at least 5 weeks near Greece. The boat can have up to 12 guests, however most of the time they have a maximum of 8 guests as the owner doesn’t like a full boat.
The client loves fresh healthy cuisine. No burgers etc, they like raw fish, Italian and Mediterranean flavours. There is a small galley, so ideally someone who is comfortable with this, however the standards across the board on this boat are higher than most 30m boats.
Cabin: Shared with the engineer.
MUST have all necessary qualifications and at least on season's experience on the yachts.
Salary: 4,500 euro per month.
