Chef to cater for 2 - 3 adults and 2 children. Working a 6 day week. The family like simple, family food. Things like Shepherd’s pie, roast chicken, lasagne, beef stew, Easton mess, trifle. They eat a well-balanced diet, healthy, but not too healthy. They have a fairly fixed timetable for their daily schedule:
5.30/6pm: Kids tea
6/6.30pm: Leave supper for the adults
They may also wish to have the odd snack, so whether it be something mid-morning, or mid-afternoon, something like muffins, cookies, and fresh fruit. In the evening the adults always have three courses, but it is quite simple. They gave the example of a Greek salad, roast chicken and bread and butter pudding.
They would like someone bubbly and friendly, who is good with children. On of their last chefs would do little cooking lessons with the kids and they loved this.
