(43758) Superb job for someone looking to move from Yachts to villas/land based work

 

July to mid-September (Roughly 3 months, please only apply if you are available for the full duration). Catering for 2 - 4 adults and 3 children mostly, with occasional guests - numbers can increase to 12 people. They like very healthy, clean, Mediterranean cuisine. They are generally pescetarian/vegetarian and like to avoid any fatty or creamy foods. They only eat the best quality food and enjoy simple, well executed dishes using the best ingredients, rather than anything particularly fancy (No foams etc). They will be happy to instruct the chef on what they do and don’t eat specifically. They love family style food and rarely have formal plated dinner parties.

 

They would like the chef to shop for fresh ingredients each morning, prepare lunch and dinner for 2 - 4 adults – usually the meals are fairly informal/casual.

 

They would like someone passionate about fresh, healthy cuisine, but also food which is bursting with flavour!

 

Driver: Must be happy to drive a manual car for shopping (Ideally over 25 years old for insurance purposes, but please apply anyway of not)

 

Accommodation: Provided

 

Trial: 27th May - one week paid trial

 

Must be a non-smoker

 

Salary: 5000 Euro gross per month, paid directly to the chef (60,000 Euro gross per annum, pro rata)
