Chef Job in France for Ski Season
Chefs required for high end chalets in Morzine and Meribel.
A small, fun, yet professional chalet company is looking for talented professional chefs for 6 months from November.
The company are recruiting for 5 chalets in Morzine and Meribel which cater for between 10-12 guests. These are their top properties within their collection; 2 being flagship.
Meals consist of breakfast, afternoon tea and a 3 course dinner with canapes. There is no set menu so the client is looking for creative chefs that will embrace the opportunity to show their flare and passion for food within a generous budget. You will need to be able to cater for any necessary dietary requirements.
The desired candidates will preferably have experience on yachts, private households or AA/AAA Rosette restaurants.
Package includes ski pass, ski hire, uniform, travel to and from the resort, food and accommodation. There will be numerous other perks including away ski days, apres ski activities and team events.
Salary will range from £200 - £275 per week dependent on skills and experience.
You will have one day off per week, as well as the opportunity to ski most days between the service times of breakfast and afternoon tea.
