Temporary chef in South West, France
A lovely client of Greycoat Lumleys require a professional chef to join them in the south west of France for several creative art retreats. The client would ideally like the same chef to provide an outstanding service for each of their retreats but would look at different Chef’s for each of the dates.
The dates of the re-treats are as follows:
June 24 – July 2
July 3 – July 11
August 9 – 17
The chef will be required to produce lunch on each day of the course at 1.00pm, and canapes at 6.30pm then dinner at 8.00pm on six of the seven nights.
Lunches are served buffet style and consist of salads, vegetable tarts, mezze etc. With dinner being a formally plated main course, cheese board and a dessert.
The food needs to be interesting and innovative and must be beautifully presented. In addition to lunch and supper the chef will need to provide morning coffee with homemade biscuits/cake.
Salary: £170 per day
Accommodation: A private room and an Ensuite bathroom
Travel: The dates above include two travel days, which the client will usually pay half day rate
