A Private 50m M/Y looking for a Sole Chef who has worked on Similar Sized Boats with the availability to start immediately.
The Family like to spend a lot of their time off the coast of France. They’ll be set to go on the boat as of the 10th May leading up to the Cannes Film festival.
They enjoy a diverse set of cuisine but do have a routine which normally is based on Fish, fresh salads, Pastas as well as various deserts
Catering for crew of 9 and a maximum of 12 guests on the Private Yacht
Clean Italian cooking with an emphasis on Fish and Pasta
Maintaining a high level of cleanliness
Maintaining a high level of food safety and storage standard
Solely responsible for Stock Control
Salary – 6000 Euros
Start Date – 1st April 2019 – Year Contract
