Part Time Chief of Operations
A Surrey based football club require a part time Chief of Operations / Logistics, to ensure the smooth running of the club. This club has been set up as a charity, and works closely with the FA.
Responsibilities to include;
Holding own chairing meetings
Dealing with issues that come with running a club
Liaising with the Treasurer, Director of Football, and Club Secretary
Dealing with Service Providers, Memberships, and Contractors
Dealing with Pitch Rentals
Monitoring and Maintaining condition of pitches
Organising reseeding and repainting when needed
The ideal candidate will have strong admin and organisational skills. You will have very good knowledge of football. You will be working from home, but will also be required to attend site meetings, and attend match days when required.
Working week; 3 Days / Week
Some Saturday match days
