Overseeing the upkeep, presentation and security of the property and grounds, including daily estate walks, room airing and condition checks
General handyman duties, preventative maintenance, pressure washing, waste management and supporting the gardening team when required
Vehicle cleaning, upkeep and driving duties
Monitoring utilities, heating, Wi-Fi, televisions, printers, CCTV, gates, alarms, fire systems and intercoms, including general troubleshooting
Managing tools, supplies and equipment inventories, reviewing risk assessments and liaising with contractors and external suppliers
Reporting maintenance issues and ongoing works to the family PA in London
The ideal couple will have previous experience working within private households or estates, a long-term mindset and an excellent eye for detail. They will be proactive, practical and solutions-led, with strong organisational and communication skills. Confidence working independently, liaising with contractors and troubleshooting household technology is essential. Discretion and flexibility around the family’s schedule are key.

Hours: Flexibility is required when the principals and their family are in residence.
Driving: A full, clean driving licence is required.
Salary: £70,000 GPA
