Experienced Domestic Couple – Cap d ’Antibes, South of France
A rare opportunity has arisen for a highly professional and discreet domestic couple to join a long-standing British client at their beautiful villa in Cap d ‘Antibes.
This is a long-term position replacing a couple who have been in post for over 10 years, offering stability, autonomy, and a peaceful working environment.
The principals lead a quiet, low-key lifestyle, residing at the property approximately 10–12 weeks per year, mainly during the summer, with occasional light entertaining approx. 8/10guests.
Key Responsibilities
5★ housekeeping standards
Light cooking (lunches & dinners during residency)
Shopping and errands
General property and garden maintenance
Pool care and terrace preparation
Basic DIY and maintenance diagnostics
Managing and liaising with French contractors
Household budgeting and meticulous accounts
Driving duties
Candidate Profile
Proven experience in a similar long-term domestic couple role
Excellent references
Strong housekeeping and hands-on maintenance skills
Fluent English (spoken & written)
Good level of French (essential for contractors)
Flexible, proactive, and self-sufficient
EU passport or valid French residency

One-month structured handover with current couple
