Property Management/Customer Service Representitive Job London ASAP

Greycoat Lumleys’ regular client is looking to hire a Customer Service representative to join the company on the full-time basis.

A customer service representative will be required to deliver an exceptional level of customer care and act as the main point of contact for all enquiries.

Furthermore, the right candidate will be responsible for:

  • Keeping a regular contact with the purchasers

  • Attending any meetings, events or trainings, internal meetings, residents meetings and purchaser events

  • Correspond with buyers, their solicitors and mortgage lenders

  • Be on hand to support customers while they are moving in

  • Inspect any defects/ matters reported by customers

  • Keep customers updated of the process, making sure they receive an outstanding level of customer service

The customer service representative will have:

  • Previous experience within a customer focused role in a corporate background- essential

  • Excellent customers skills

  • Interpersonal skills and good written/ verbal communication

  • Smart and professional appearance

  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft (Word, Outlook, Excel)

  • Must have a flexible approach

  • Be able to use their initiative, have a good time-management and problem-solving skills

  • Must have a background in Property Management or must have worked in Property Development

  • Must be fluent in English - both spoken and written

Salary: £35, 000 - £42, 000

Working hours: Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
