A private members' club in the heart of St James's, is looking for a Demi Chef de Partie to join their team. The private members' club is busy and has an a la carte restaurant, three private dining rooms and a buffet, all of which are in operation daily.
The ideal candidate will come from a hotel background, and have a good knowledge of good classical cooking. Experience in modern techniques is also very useful.
Salary: up to £20,000 gross per annum
Package: 5 weeks holiday per year, overtime is paid + Christmas bonus and 10% tronc
Hours: 5 days out of 7 (2 days off)
