A High-end Bespoke catering company is looking for a development head chef the right candidate must have the following experience:-
·Strong understanding of how events and menus suit large numbers
·Be able to run an event of up 400 covers and manage the event kitchen team
·The job will entail client interaction - tastings and tendering contracts.
·Seasonal menu planning, ingredient sourcing and market trends for bespoke events.
·Working with the executive chef and the head chef - you will be the architect and they will be the builders.
·When not developing menus the position requires a very hands on kitchen based helping out the team daily
Event catering experience is essential
·The salary is £45-50,000 plus overtime at night and weekends
·Yearly bonuses and targets
