An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sous chef with an events background to join one of London’s leading events companies.
This is a really fantastic job for an experienced Sous Chef who has a strong knowledge of various cuisines and is comfortable running a strong brigade in the kitchen whilst working in a fast paced environment.
To be considered for the role you must have a very strong CV and be aware of the latest food trends with excellent knowledge of modern techniques. The client expects you to know how to utilize the freshest ingredients to produce top quality, sustainable food that focuses on clean strong flavours and beautiful presentation.
The Sous Chef will show innovation and creativity.
Your personality and people skills are incredibly important so you must be confident. You will be expected to project manage events from within the kitchen, maintain timelines, budgets and priorities for each event.
You will be working closely with the Executive Head Chef & Head Chef.
This is an excellent opportunity. You must have a strong passion for food and understand what is required to maintain high quality catering.

Salary: £40,000 + Overtime & Bonus
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4.30pm - evenings and weekends when required.
