A high quality events and catering company that caters for fashion brands and events, as well as private dinners and weddings, has jobs available for Junior Sous Chef. The Chef will join an already existing team of a Head Chef, Assistant Head Chefs and Sous Chefs, and Chef de Parties.
The client focuses on a Michelin standard of food and presentation, using the best quality ingredients they can find. The style is modern British, European, with some Asian influences. Everything is made on site.
The Chef must have either restaurant or hotel experience, preferably at a Rosette or Michelin star standard - Fine dining is essential.
They should have great attention to detail skills, have amazing presentation skills and a great pallet.
Hours: Monday to Friday, plus evening and weekends when needed. Paid on a 40 hour week, and overtime paid over that.
Salary: £28,000 gpa plus overtime at £13.50 per hour - You are paid for every hour you work!
Package: 21 days holiday pa, plus bank holidays; meals on duty; uniform provided; quarterly bonus
