Executive Assistant Job

Private / Household EA Job, Office-Based, Mayfair W1J, West London

We are seeking a highly capable Private / Household EA to provide comprehensive support to a UHNW family. The role is based in the Mayfair office, with close coordination for the Surrey household and additional international properties.

The successful candidate will work closely with the EA to the CEO, with regular overlap between business and private matters, including direct requests from senior stakeholders.

To be considered for this role, you must have longevity within previous roles, be flexible with out-of-hours work, and you must have solid EA experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Household and family administration across UK and international properties

  • Property and project coordination, including new developments abroad and a residential project in Finland

  • Relocation and set-up support for new residences

  • Children’s schooling and activities – admissions, scheduling and ongoing communication

  • Supplier and household operations management, including contractors and maintenance

  • Private travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, chauffeurs)

  • Passports, visas and wider documentation

  • Household payments, expenses and general administration

  • Close collaboration with the EA to the CEO, managing overlapping and direct requests

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience within UHNW private household or family office EA roles

  • Exceptionally organised, proactive and discreet

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Flexible and collaborative, with occasional out-of-hours requirements where necessary

Start Date: Immediate or as soon as possible

Working week: Monday – Friday  - must offer flexibility out of hours if needed

Core working hours: 9am – 5pm / 6pm -must offer flexibility out of hours if needed

Salary: Based on Experience, within Market Rate.
