A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen for a creative, experienced and talented Sous Chef to work in a Central London private members club. The Club benefits from two restaurants and a roof garden and as the Sous Chef you will be assisting the Head Chef with all the events and fine dining experiences within this extremely busy high profile environment. The club serves modern British cuisine with Asian, French and middle-eastern influence.

Successful candidates will:-


  • Have a passion for exceptional ingredients, where flavor is paramount, and the changing ingredients are cherished constants

  • Be a team player who is an avid learner, adaptable and has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to work under pressure 

  • Excellent attention to detail 

  • Immaculate personal presentation

  • Have Experience working with Michelin, Rosette or Fine dining and have exceptionally high standards

  • Confident culinary skill set

  • Gain and hold the respect of others


The Sous Chef role will be working 7 – 8 shifts over 48 – 50 hours per week. You will be working 5 days out of 7 days with most Sundays off.


Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 per annum DOE+ Service Charge

Holiday: 25 days holiday + excellent benefits
