Trackside Hospitality Manager – Global (Formula 1 Circuit)

Greycoat Lumleys is recruiting for a rare opportunity to lead world-class hospitality delivery at the pinnacle of international sport, working across the global Formula 1 calendar.

We are seeking an exceptional Trackside Hospitality Manager to take full ownership of VIP guest experience, operational delivery, and team leadership across international race locations. This is a high-impact, client-facing role requiring precision, energy, and absolute attention to detail.

The Role

You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of premium trackside hospitality programmes, ensuring flawless delivery across VIP, Paddock, and Club Suite environments.

Acting as the senior on-site lead, you will oversee all front-of-house operations, manage large teams, and serve as the primary point of contact for key guests, partners, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Event Delivery & Guest Experience

  • Lead the delivery of high-end hospitality programmes across international race events

  • Act as the primary front-of-house host for VIP guests, sponsors, and partners

  • Own the overall guest journey, ensuring exceptional service and brand alignment

  • Oversee Paddock, Paddock Club, and Club Suite operations

Operations & Logistics

  • Manage all trackside hospitality operations, including setup and breakdown at global venues

  • Coordinate closely with culinary, logistics, and technical teams

  • Ensure all hospitality areas meet operational and brand standards

  • Oversee supplier relationships and third-party service providers

Team Leadership

  • Lead, brief, and manage front-of-house and hospitality teams on-site

  • Recruit, train, and develop staff in line with brand standards

  • Deliver daily briefings and post-event debriefs to drive continuous improvement

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong relationships with VIP guests, partners, and internal stakeholders

  • Manage guest requests and ensure seamless execution at all times

  • Provide regular updates and reporting to senior leadership

Commercial & Compliance

  • Manage budgets, purchase orders, and cost control on-site

  • Ensure full compliance with health & safety, fire, and food hygiene regulations

  • Produce detailed event reports, feedback analysis, and performance insights

Candidate Profile

Experience

  • Proven track record in high-end hospitality or event operations, ideally within elite sport or global events

  • Experience delivering complex, multi-day, high-volume VIP programmes

  • Strong understanding of front-of-house service excellence
