Facilities Maintenance Manager

 

My client requires a technical facility coordinator for their household in North London. You must have worked in private households for at least 5 years, and you will be reporting to the House Manager.

 

Duties to include;

 

  • Maintaining the property to very high standards at all times

  • Annual performance audits of contractors

  • Supervising household maintenance and liaising with contractors

  • Maintaining computer and office equipment and order supplies

  • Develop and implement a facility management program including preventative maintenance and periodic inspections

  • Ensure that cost effective support and maintenance arrangements are put in place and regularly reviewed

  • Involvement in project management

  • Budget Planning for maintenance and repair works

  • Ensuring that contractors and suppliers used are cost effective

  • Applying for required environmental permits if needed

  • Emergency equipment checks

  • Health and Safety checks

  • DIY and Basic Repairs

  • Daily and Weekly reports to the family office

 

The ideal candidate will be discreet, highly professional, and experienced.

 

Start Date; ASAP

 

Working week; 5 Days / Week

 

Salary; £40 – 50k
