Facilities Management Technician


An experienced Facilities Management Technician is required for a very large household in North London. This is a demanding and high pressure role and you will be required to run the property to 7* standards.


Responsibilities to include;


  • Provide full support to the Facilities team to ensure the properties are maintained to the highest standard

  • Planned preventative and reactive maintenance

  • Plumbing, Painting & Decorating, Carpentry, Basic Electrics

  • Service Repairs to maintain safe and efficient systems

  • Respond to all maintenance requests in order of priority

  • Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor

  • Ensure workshop and Garden areas are maintained to the highest standard

  • Ensuring Health and Safety measures are adhered to at all times


You will be provided with a staff uniform.


The ideal candidate will be a team player, someone flexible and reliable. You will have the ability to work well under pressure and be self-motivated.


You will have at least 5 years/ experience in the Hotel or Private Household industry. Training will be provided when appropriate.


Working week; 5 Days / Week

40 Hours / Week
