Facilities Manager Job

 

My client requires an experienced, hardworking Maintenance Manager for their Grade II listed property in Warwickshire.

 

Responsibilities to include;

 

  • Budget Management

  • Basic Electrical and Plumbing skills

  • Overseeing Alarm Systems

  • Swimming Pool Maintenance

  • Monitoring Utilities

  • Overseeing Contractors

  • Hands on DIY & Basic Repairs

  • Fleet Management

  • Key holder Duties

  • Overall responsibility for Security

  • Some Driving duties when required

  • Project Management

 

You must have good basic technical knowledge across all areas of building maintenance. The role requires a hands on and practical approach to property maintenance.

 

The ideal candidate will have a positive, flexible attitude. You will be proactive, and have strong organisational skills. IT Literacy would be essential as you will be require to manage budgets and basis spreadsheets.

 

This is a Live In role.

 

Working week; 5 Days / Week

 

Accommodation; Separate Cottage available

Ideally no pets

 

Start Date; ASAP

 

Salary; £35k+
