Catering for HNWI couple, two young children and two teenage sons when they come to visit during the holidays.

Hours: 50 hours per week Monday - Friday, full flexibility, Chef must travel, occasionally weekends
The successful candidate must be very flexible and able to deal with ever-changing schedules and be happy to work late. High level of confidentiality required.
The role involves preparing breakfast, lunch and dinner 5 days per week and preparing food in advance for the weekends. The couple are very into their food and would like high-end dishes, excellently presented to restaurant standard. Incorporating big flavours and spices on a regular basis. They do not have many dinner parties. They would like the chef to do menu development and purchase the food and serve to the table/clear away. The candidate needs to be very flexible with their time and needs. The clients likes classic French food, Asian/Japanese food.
You will be working alongside the PA / housekeeper
The chef must be a non-smoker and have previous household experience. A full driving licence would be a bonus.
Uniform: Chef whites
Annual leave : Swiss legal annual leave (To be taken outside of the client's holiday times or booked far in advance, so they can make alternative arrangements).
Salary: From £60,000 - £65,000 gross per annum (Dependant on experience and previous salary)
Accommodation: Provided - own appartment
Additional Benefits: Private health insurance allowance. Travel allowance provided when accompanying the family on holiday abroad.
