Breakfast: Continental breakfast plus cooked options and daily special - pancakes, egg benedict etc.

Chalet experience not necessary, but must be experienced and confident cooking for
Presentation and personality is important as open plan kitchen plus interaction with guests.
Interview process will be skype call first then invited for trial which travel and shopping will be paid for to London, Manchester or Glasgow for cook off 6 people.

Chef whites and outdoor uniform provided - top spec
Discretionary performance related bonus.
Flights there and back from UK/Europe and transfer to and from airport
6 days on 1 day off (Wednesday)
Salary : £800-1000 per month NET
