Office based Business Personal Assistant required in London ASAP start

Upto £40k Gross Per annum

 

(44959) Intelligent, diligent and professional Personal Assistant needed for client based in their private family office in Mayfair, London. The family owns a high-end international jewellery brand which is distributed in some of London’s most prestigious retail stores. This role will be supporting one of the senior board members and their partner and also 2 other consultants.

 

Responsibilities of PA

 

  • Diary Management – Coordinating both Business and Private commitments of the client efficiently

  • International travel management – Organising flights, hotels, dinners, cars for both Business trips and vacations

  • Organising Business meetings and conference calls across different time zones. Preparing any relevant resources and documents for each meeting. Drafting agendas, preparing meeting rooms. Note taking during the meetings

  • Working closely with the client on any actions from the meetings

  • Support for events organisation for business and personal events and occasions. Sourcing quotes and liaising with internal and external contacts.

  • Organising household staff and supporting with general household related organisation.

  • Concierge duties- gift buying, booking dinners, booking activities

  • Dealing with petty cash and invoicing

 

Requirements of PA

 

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a secretary or Personal assistant

  • Extremely organized and resourceful.

  • Proactive and structured, self-initiative driven

  • Solid experience in agenda coordination

  • Ability to work in an entrepreneurial family context

  • Affinity with high end luxury products, markets and clientele

  • Strong commercial mind-set

  • Perfect English, and French - both oral and written.

 

The position is ideal for someone self-driven, with attention to detail and happy to juggle between different functions: Marketing and Events, Office Management. A great opportunity to learn and to develop the position.

 

Hours   5 days - Monday to Friday

Salary £35k - £40K Gross per annum
