All-Rounder (Single or Couple) – Weekend Residence – Hampshire
A lovely returning client of Greycoat Lumleys is seeking a proactive and personable All-Rounder (single or couple) to assist with the smooth running of their beautiful 8-bedroom weekend residence in Hampshire.
The family of six (children at university and boarding school) use the property mainly on weekends and during holidays, and they also have a dog, so the candidate must be dog-friendly.
The client is open to candidates from private households, yachting, or chalet backgrounds and is happy to provide accommodation for the right candidate(s), with partners and pets considered. Candidate must be confident drivers.
Duties to include:
- General upkeep and presentation of the property
- Managing deliveries and Ocado orders
- Liaising with maintenance, builders, and contractors
- Arranging window cleaning, chimney sweeps, and routine services
- Ensuring the home is stocked and prepared for family arrivals
- Driving duties including airport runs and occasional family driving
- Housekeeping
- Laundry and ironing
- Assisting with guests and occasional staff coordination
- PA and admin duties
The client will provide additional support housekeeping for busy periods with either their London housekeeper or external cleaning agencies.
Working days: Ideally Wednesday to Sunday (4–5 days per week, must include weekends)
Hours: 9:00am – 5:00/5:30pm with flexibility
Accommodation: Provided for the right candidate, the client may consider pets and partners
Salary:
Single hire: Depending on experience
Couple hire: Depending on hours worked for both and experience.
