An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head chef with previous Michelin, Rosette, Fine Dining or a Private Members Club background to join a prestigious Private Members Club in London. This is a really fantastic role for an experienced Head Chef who has a strong knowledge of various cuisines and is comfortable running a strong brigade in the kitchen whilst working in a fast paced environment.
To be considered for the role you must have a very strong CV with previous Michelin, Rosette, Fine Dining or Private Members Club experience. The client expects you to be aware of the latest food trends with excellent knowledge of modern techniques the client expects you to know how to utilize the freshest ingredients to produce top quality, sustainable food that focuses on clean strong flavors and beautiful presentation.
The Head Chef is expected to show creativity whilst working within the company structure to recreate some of their famous signature dishes. Your personality and people skills are incredibly important so the Head Chef must be confident and be able to gain the respect of the team. The main purpose of the role is to verse all aspects of the kitchen to ensure the consistent and high quality delivery of food, and to lead a team culture that focuses on the client’s values.
Your operational responsibilities will include collation and analysis of stock including quality and wastage management to ensure the delivery of the target GP as agreed. Creating and maintaining good working relationships with suppliers. You will be fully responsible for all food orders and consolidation of invoices whilst ensuring deliveries are accepted to company standards and the menu is always fully available.

The client will consider a Senior Sous Chef who is willing to step up
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum + great benefits
Hours: Full Time, 5 days a week (in November & December you will be required to work 6 days a week but for the extra day you will be paid overtime or in lieu)
