The position will run from 15th July for two weeks.

 

A lovely new client of ours has a position available for an experienced Head Chef on one of their chartered Barges in the South of France.

 

The barge will be traveling from Lyon – Bezier with 6-8 guests on board. The boat will normally have 5-6 members of staff on board who would also need to be cooked for.

 

Breakfast is usually continental with one hot option each day.

Lunch is a buffet that will need to contain a variety of dishes to excite all tastes.

The evening meal will generally be three courses and occasionally canapes and a cheese board.

 

The package would be €900 - €950 per week + Tips.

All travel costs are covered.

Food/Drink and accommodation provided. (Accommodation is your own cabin and two shared staff bathrooms)
