Your role:

Head chef for lareg super yacht

Cooking for a family – when they’re on board

Overseeing other kitchen staff



The food:

Food presentation is key

Using fresh regional produce where possible – visiting lots of countries this will cover a range of cuisines

They are very informal, but love good service and staff who take pride in their work

The family will be on the boat for roughly 3 months per year – the rest of the time is mostly crew cooking

Provisioning and menu planning are a large part of this role

They have a crew of roughly 50

They will tolerate no tattoos whatsoever and no bad behaviour – one strike policy

The boat has a very exciting itinerary

Private yacht – no charters

The chefs rotation is 3 months on, 1 month off (permanent role)


Candidate must:

Have an up to date STCW - 95

Have experience on yachts over 80 M/Y, as head chef



$8,000- $10,000 net per month (USD)
