Our client have recently taken ownership of a pub in the quaint Oxfordshire area, and are looking for a head chef with a flair for creativity and passion for growing in our company.
We are seeking a forward-thinking Head Chef with a Rosette Standard background who is passionate about menu development and who wants to bring in new, fresh ideas.
About the Role:

Trendy, fresh atmosphere, and no compromise on amazing service, and quality of food
Pub consists of a 60 seater High Standard Restaurant with Fresh Seasonal Produce
Rosette Standard Background is essential and you will be passionate about delicious, high quality food
Creative food preparation and passionate about menu development
Able to lead a team successfully
Able to ensure our high standards in service and hygiene are maintained at all times
Forward-thinking, creative chef who will be able to bring in fun and trendy ideas for growth
