Live In Housekeeper Job Prestbury Cheshire – Self-contained apartment accommodation – Start ASAP - £40,000+ depending on the candidate
Our client is looking for an experienced Housekeeper to look after a large property in Prestbury Cheshire.
The Housekeeper needs to have a keen eye for detail, be able to manage their own time and be proactive identifying what needs to be done on any day, week or month. The property is newly renovated and finished to a high standard and will be home to 2 adults with no pets and visiting children. The couple are busy businesspeople who travel frequently so the Housekeeper must be able to run the home in their absence, have it ready for their return and generally support them in their busy lives.
Duties will include:
- Implementing Housekeeping systems
- Hands on cleaning of the house – only a small part of the house is used daily
- All dusting, hoovering, mopping, polishing etc
- Household and personal laundry
- Shopping for household and personal items
- Food shopping
- Running errands
- Wardrobe management
- Packing and unpacking suitcases
- Liaising with trades and contractors
- Assisting with organising dinner parties
- Ideally to also help with basic cooking – preparation of a simple healthy evening meal for a maximum of 3 people (although not essential)
- Tidying up the kitchen in the evening
Driver essential, excellent references and Enhanced DBS check
Working hours – 40 hours per week Tuesday midday to Sunday midday residing onsite
£40,000+ GPA depending on experience
