International Estate Manager Job

We are currently recruiting for an experienced, detail-oriented candidate to manage a large estate in the Caribbean. The client are looking for a solution driven and highly experienced individual.

The role:

  • Hire, train, and supervise all administrative and household staff.

  • Organize and coordinate owner and guest visits in collaboration with all departments.

  • Create and update household manuals, inventories, and calendars.

  • Delegate special projects to managers and their staff.

  • Generate and uphold budgets, process invoices, review payroll, and approve petty cash.

  • Hire and supervise vendors.

  • Handle care and preservation of decorative art and objects.

  • Organize imports, customs clearance.

  • Closely coordinate logistics with maintenance, horticultural, and security managers.

  • Work closely with the US private office on projects as needed.

  • Serve as personal assistant when owner is in residence.

 

The candidate:

  • Personal service experience with hotels and private clients

  • Proper social etiquette and cultural knowledge.

  • Leadership and motivation skills.

  • Independent and team project management.

  • Creative and intuitive thinking and problem solving.

  • Educated in care of luxury items such as fine art and antiques.
