We are now seeking an International Housekeeping Consultant to join the International Team at our London Offices. You will specialise in providing excellent Housekeepers, Chalet Staff and Interior Crew placements for motor yachts or sailing vessels worldwide. You will provide International Clients with the same consistent service offered to our UK based Private Household clients, with carefully vetted and interviewed candidates, selected to meet the exacting standards of private owners.

The International Housekeeping Consultant will endeavour to find the very best seasonal or permanent staff or crew to suit our client’s needs. You will utilise an extensive database of qualified and/or experienced Housekeepers, Chefs, Stewards, Nannies, Couples, Chalet Hosts, Pursers, and so on, to select the best options for your clients. Alternatively, you will undertake a proactive search if the needs are more bespoke.

As the International Housekeeping Consultant your duties will include:

  • Work with existing clients to build and drive your desk forward, offering Greycoat Lumleys unrivalled service levels

  • Undertake an annual in-resort recruitment drive to seek out top Candidates who are already working in the very best resorts.

  • Grow the candidate database on a daily basis, with established & vetted Ski & Yacht staff

  • Develop the current client database as well as proactive business development to grow our network within this specialist field

  • Work closely with the International Team Manager to help grow your desk, and spot opportunities and areas for improvement


To apply for the International Recruitment Consultant position you must have the following:

  • At least 2-3 years Recruitment Consultant experience, ideally within either the Housekeeping, Ski & Yacht, Hospitality, Private Staff or catering sectors

  • A provable track record of success

  • An excellent work ethic, with a demonstrable ability to work within a team or with autonomy

  • A passion for networking and business development, with a clear idea of the challenges and the opportunities for the International Housekeeping Sector
