A new Client of ours is looking for a strong junior sous chef to join their team and maintain high standards and keep the club up with the London trends and food styles consistency is key.

 

 

  • Must be able to work all sections and fill in in the absence of team members on leave

  • Must be skilled in Larder, Fish section, Meat, Sauce, Vegetable and Garnish.

  • Supporting the sous chefs

  • Wastage control, stock rotation

  • HACCAP and cleaning rota’s

  • Menu input

  • Must be flexible and work in Banquets when busy

  • Choice of 5 day week or 4 doubles 3 days of option

  • £28k salary with internal club bonus packages and performance incentives
