The Chefs need to have a passion for food and for learning. For the Chefs de Partie level, they are looking for Chefs with previous experience in high end restaurants, and are used to working with high volume and at a fast pace. They are happy to take Commis Chefs straight from cookery school, and will provide them with training and direction in their career. There is great movement with the restaurant group and they pride themselves on developing their staff so that they can work their way up to the top.

Salary: highly competitive
Package: paid overtime for additional shifts at an enhanced rate, statutory holiday, provision of uniform, discounted gym membership, staff discount in restaurants and meals on duty
