A London based educational consultancy and private tuition provider is looking for a bright and organised graduate to join their team.


The individual will take ownership for all enquiries leading to Account Management of clients for the overall business.


The role will be central to the smooth running of the exciting start up business, reporting to the Director of he company and has the opportunity for excellent career growth.


Prerequisites: The successful candidate will be exceptionally polished, be able to use their

initiative and thrive in a hard-working environment. They will be degree educated (2.1 or

above), have 2 years + experience in a related industry, outstanding interpersonal skills and

passion to drive the business forward. Strong organisational skills, a strong work ethic and

self-motivation are essential.


Responsibilities include


• Acting as the main point of contact for new enquiries

• Managing and creating school placement proposals, contracts and placements

• Maintaining continued dialogue with schools, clients and tutors via telephone and


• Meeting clients and creating reports on recommended nurseries, schools, universities

and Summer camps

• Organising assessments

• Completing registration forms

• Organising tuition on behalf of clients and arranging school visits

• Sourcing, meeting and interviewing tutors for UK, residential and Educate Beijing




• Proof reading assessment reports and tuition reports

• Diary management for Managing Director and clients

• Logging all activity and communication on the in-house database and CRM system

• General administrative duties such as answering calls, filing and organising

paperwork as well as supporting the Director of the business when required

• Preparing client masters for invoicing

• Invoicing


The Person - experience & skills


• Educated to degree level (2.1 or above)

• 2 years + experience in a relevant discipline

• A good knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office

• Exceptional time management and organisational skills

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Outstanding communication skills; both written and verbal

• Able to prioritise workload and meet conflicting deadlines

• Able to use initiative

• Demonstrate a real passion for business and drive to build a career

• Have a good sense of humour
