A Junior Sous Chef is required for a job in a highly thought of restaurant in West London to start ASAP.
The restaurant, with fabulous reviews, is looking for a new Junior Sous Chef. The Junior Sous Chef will be working with the Head Chef in this small restaurant, which does 14/16 covers per sitting. The food is Modern European, but with the emphasis on high quality, seasonal produce. The restaurant is beautifully done up, and everything shows luxury from the interior, to the food, and the refined presentation. The Head Chef comes from a Michelin background, but with some private house experience too, and she looks for the same kind of thing in the Sous Chef.
The right candidate will be passionate about ingredients, have an eye for presentation, and will have had similar experience under their belt already. This is a very exciting new adventure, and the restaurant has achieved rave reviews so far, and is on the way up. The Sous Chef will be ambitious, and will be looking to drive this restaurant forward on to the next level.
Hours: 4 days per week to be confirmed.
Salary and Package: £30,000 gross per annum plus TRONC. 25 days holiday per year, two weeks of which have to be taken over Christmas.
