Live In Facilities Maintenance Job in Hertfordshire

 

An experienced candidate is required for a large property in Hertfordshire. The house itself is 7 bedrooms, and there are lodges on the estate.

 

You will be responsible for the following;

 

  • Swimming Pool Maintenance

  • Liaising with Contractors

  • Bowling Alleys

  • Cinema Room

  • Tennis Courts

  • Lakes and Water Features

  • TV and AV Systems including Sonos

  • Air Conditioning

  • Pumps, tanks etc.

  • DIY & Repairs

  • Assisting with events and functions

 

This is a busy household and my clients entertain a lot so it’s essential that everything is running smoothly and in working order at all times. There are also 5 dogs on the property so you must be happy to work around animals. This is a fully staffed household and the staff have been with the principal for a long time – you will be joining a welcoming, close knit team. You must have a flexible, positive attitude – it can be ‘all hands on deck’ when needed.

 

The principal also has a house in London so you may be required to assist with the running of this property at times.

 

Working week; 5 Days / Week – Must work weekends

 

Accommodation; 1 Bedroom, separate to the main house

Pets may be considered

 

Salary; £40k approx.
