A private Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) family residing in a beautiful estate near Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a highly experienced, professional Live-In Housekeeper. Working alongside a small, dedicated domestic team on a rotational schedule, you will maintain the residence to the absolute highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and care.

Working alongside a small, dedicated domestic team on a rotational schedule, you will maintain the residence to the absolute highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and care.
This position requires flexibility for international travel, as you will accompany the family to their coastal holiday retreat in Turkey for up to 3 weeks at a time.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain all areas of the estate to museum-standard cleanliness, including deep cleaning, dusting, and specialist care for high-end finishes, fine fabrics, and artwork.

Manage laundry, ironing, and wardrobe care for the family to an immaculate standard.

Work collaboratively within a small team of housekeepers to ensure seamless household operations.

Provide daily care and walking for the family’s dog (shared responsibility)

Offer a welcoming, child-friendly presence around the family’s children.

Travel internationally to the family’s coastal property in Turkey for 3-week stints as required.
Candidate Requirements

Experience: Proven long-term experience working as a Housekeeper within formal UHNW households or luxury environments.

Autonomy: A true self-starter who knows the job inside out. You must require zero training, coaching, or micromanagement, showing high initiative and sharp attention to detail.

Languages: High fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential to communicate effectively with the household.

Right to Work: You must hold a valid EU Passport (essential for seamless travel between Portugal and Turkey).

Attributes: Dog lover, child-friendly, discreet, and highly professional with a strong work ethic.
