Live in Governess/Nanny Job Geneva £ competitive Native Speaking French or fluent French



A returning clients are looking for a full time live in Governess/Nanny You will be caring for one girl aged 8 and will be responsible for accompanying her during her daily routine. Your duties will include waking her up and helping her to get ready in the morning, doing the breakfast routine and ensuring that she arrives ta school on time each day. You will also be responsible for collecting her form school and taking her to any after school activities and helping her with any homework. You will also be responsible for doing the evening routine including dinner, bath preparing for the next day and following her bedtime routine. The little girl has a very busy schedule and several different activities including skating lessons, Russian school, and English lessons so it is important to split homework during the remaining days of the week/weekend. In addition to these duties you will be responsible for liaising with the security staff, manage all external relationships e.g. contact with the teachers, doctors, parents and preparing all luggage and equipment for the trips or weekends away. Also shopping for the girl in accordance with her needs and when possible ensure that she interacts with other activities including playdates and birthdays.


This family is looking for someone who is highly organised and proactive with the ability to manage a very busy routine. Also someone who’s extremely flexible and willing to accept unexpected situations or changes in relation to hours, unexpected trips or simply having to adapt your hours if the little girl is sick. This family are also looking for someone who loves travelling including skiing resorts and the seaside.





  • Days – 5 days rota (5 days on and 5 days off) therefore weekends also

  • Sleepover if/when necessary

  • School holidays usually half-half ( During the summer the family is away for 2 months so you would work for 1 month)

  • Hours – 7am – 8.15pm

  • Salary – negotiable depending on experience but very competitive.

  • Driver – would be a bonus but not essential for this role

  • Start Date – negotiable but latest 1st December 2019



  • Studio Flat with the possibility of a bigger apartment for the right person
