Live in or Live out Nanny Job, Hampshire, ASAP start
A new client of Greycoat Lumleys is looking for a Nanny to help care for their two children aged 5 months and 2 1/2 years old. The role is currently shared care while mum is still on maternity leave. It will then shift into a sole charge role when Mum goes back to work. Both parents will work from home.
The role will be focused on the baby, as the older child goes to nursery full-time. The baby suffers from eczema, which is being managed with a clearly defined skincare routine – the successful candidate will need to be confident and consistent with this.
The family would ideally like to find someone experienced with breastfed babies. Someone calm, professional, and self-directed is essential: able to work alongside parents but without needing constant direction.
An up to date first aid certificate and police check are essential for this position.
Duties:
- All nursery duties
- Focus on the baby: settling, naps, walks, eczema care
- Feeding expressed-milk bottles
- Preparing healthy meals
- Nursery pickups (around 5pm)
- Engaging the children in age-appropriate activities
- Doing the children’s laundry
Salary: TBC
Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: full-time but negotiable
Qualifications: bonus
Driving: essential
Travel: bonus but not essential
