Live in PA Nanny Job in Surrey


Great opportunity for a child friendly and organised PA to work for a busy household in the heart of Surrey. The ideal candidate will have had experience working with school age children and homework supervision as well as activities orchestrating.

This role will suit a PA with a Childcare background or a Nanny who has undertaken a shared PA role. The candidate will be very organised and excellent at multitasking.

This is a fully staffed household and the candidate will be able to work in a team.


The role:

  • Monday to Friday, 12 hours per day

  • Providing design support and assisting with creative projects

  • Assist with home redevelopment project

  • Travel arrangement

  • Diary and calendar arrangement and management 

  • Making appointments – personal and business

  • Archiving

  • Liaising with external personnel, agencies and business personnel 

  • Be a gatekeeper to correspondence on behalf of the client 

  • Research projects 

  • Arranging family matters – e.g. birthdays, dinners etc. 

  • Making sure personal life and business life is managed well and runs smoothly 

  • Academic support of the family’s children (11yrs of age+)

  • Proxy parenting when and if needed

  • International travel if required (during school holidays)


The candidate:

  • Organised and IT proficient

  • Tutoring and/or experience caring looking after school age children

  • Discreet and proactive, hardworking, highly efficient

  • Great sense of humour.

  • Someone who is at ease working in a non-corporate environment and possesses a positive attitude.

  • Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or other design applications a bonus


Accommodation: separate, on residence grounds

Salary: up to £40k per annum for the right candidate
