Live Out Groundskeeper/Handyman/Driver near Oxshott, Surrey
Our client is seeking a reliable and experienced individual to work for their family and in their permanent residence. This family have 4 dogs and chickens on the estate. A gardener comes once a week to assist.
The successful candidate will be confident with groundskeeping and DIY, handy work and if they have any trade skills or background in a trade that would be an added advantage.
Duties include but not limited to:
Mowing, hedging, trimming of lawns and garden beds
Planting, pruning, and maintaining shrubs and trees
Maintaining garden machinery
Regularly checking, maintaining, and cleaning the swimming pool and steam room
Help care for dogs
Handyman duties i.e minor repairs and basic electrics and plumbing
Performing minor repairs or maintenance tasks around the house or garden when needed
Driving duties as and when needed. Must be childfriendly as this will include some school runs too
Valeting and servicing 3 cars
Days and Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm but negotiable
Salary: market rate
